Smokeless/ Electric cigarettes?
~ Has anyone tried the smokeless / electric cigarettes? Im thinking of tiresome Blucig.com ? Have been a smoker for many years,,,YES I know,,,,should quit,,,,,,,,,,,hard to after 35 years…….would like best advice for the smokeless/electric cigarettes…. Thank you,,,,,,,
They SEEM to be safer than regular cigarettes because there’s no smoke, tar, etc. But, they are still honestly new and nobody really knows the long term effects yet. They may be safer than regular cigarettes and you can use them anywhere. Try using them only when you can’t smoke your regular cigs. and see if you like them. My advice: try “weaning” yourself slowly off cigarettes altogether (1 less cigarette/week), reward yourself every time you realize your goal, replace smoking with something clear and constructive. (Crochet is not compulsory if you have the patience/ time). If you succeed, your body will reward you with better health and you will have a better sense of smell and taste. If you’ve already tried this, don’t give up! It’s never too late to quit. My college English professor quit after smoking longer than you. And the last time he spoke to me about it, he said that he would NEVER would go back to smoking again.
